Donna Cook is a dedicated MSW RSW psychotherapist based in Ontario, Canada, committed to improving the lives of adults facing complex challenges. With a Master of Social Work degree and an embedded Trauma Specialization diploma from Walden University and the Barbara Solomen School of Social Work, she integrates academic evidence-based practice excellence with heartfelt compassion and empathy.


Donna specializes in bridging mental health access through innovative technology, offering virtual individual therapeutic counseling and EMDR therapy. Her approach is client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-directed, and neuro-affirming. She empowers clients' self-esteem to become confident, resilient individuals who can effectively advocate for their well-being.


She works with adults navigating neurodevelopmental challenges, addiction, grief, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. By developing individualized, nonjudgmental treatment plans, Donna supports her clients in reaching immediate life-coping goals and long-term aspirations for hope and happiness.
